FAQ:

Are your items in stock?

  • Yes, we endeavour to only sell items which we have in stock. Customised items with bespoke logos and text will be printed to order and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Can I return customised items?

  • Sorry, no. Items which have been printed with custom text, logos or designs can’t be returned.

Which courier do you use?

  • We use a range of different suppliers depending on the size, weight and delivery address. Most small items to the UK go via Royal Mail. Express items by courier. Large items may need to be palletised.

I need to purchase a larger quantity than you are showing on your website – can I get bulk quantities?

I’d like my club/corporate logo added to your item, can you do this?

  • Most of our items can be customised in a range of ways and with multiple colour options. Please send us your requirements and we’ll get back to you quickly with our design suggestions. Please e-mail us at sales@sportsandleisurebrands.co.uk

Do you ship abroad?

  • We can ship nearly anywhere in the world. Some items are heavy/ large but we’ll give you the best shipping price we can. Please contact us at sales@sportsandleisurebrands.co.uk for a price and delivery estimates.

Are your race numbers & control flags as specified by cycle regulations?

  • Yes they are. All our race numbers and control flags meet official requirements.
